SCOPE OF WORK (manufacturing, supply and installation at site)

We execute following types of works-

Glass Facade

Façade is a French origin word meaning the front face. The use of glass in the exterior facades provided more of light and good ambience to the occupant of the building which gave rise to the increasing use of glass. For the architectural point of view the use of glass gave aesthetic view to the building itself.

Structural Glass Glazing

Building envelope / façades finished with glass such as windows or glass used extensively to wrap up the building perimeter is called structural glazing. The function of the glazing is to provide safety and weather projection of the occupants.

Spider fitting glass glazing

Spider fittings enable the architectural freedom of connecting glass to any structural substrate. … Wagner has developed a comprehensive range of spider fittings to enhance your glass façade, awning, balustrade or canopy

Curtain Wall

Curtain walls are available in three main systems: face-sealed, water-managed, and pressure-equalized. Face-sealed walls depend on perfect sealing between units of the wall and frame. Water-managed systems include moisture drains to prevent the intrusion of water in the building.

Aluminium composite panel cladding

An aluminium composite panel (ACP) is made up of two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a polymer core. It is the polymer core that makes this product dangerous in a fire. The highest-risk ACP products have a 100 per cent polymer core – usually polyethylene – which is often black. This variety is known as ‘PE’.

Soundproof window & doors

Cover walls with thick blankets, moving pads, tapestries, or quilts. Virtually any soft material will work, though thicker ones absorb more sound than thinner materials. If you don’t mind adding an industrial look to the room, fasten sound-absorbing panels to the walls and, if necessary, the ceiling.

Stone Dry Cladding

The dry cladding method creates a cleft of around 30 to 45 mm (1”-1.5”) in between face of the wall and stone covering, providing a layer of air cushion that acts as a thermal barrier. The appearance of stone used in dry cladding work looks spotless and aesthetically pleasing. It is a time saving procedure.

Automatic sliding doors (Sensor operated)

Most automatic gates nowadays use optical sensors or motion detectors, which are installed on the sides of the gate to trigger its opening and closing. As the name suggests, these sensors detect motion in front of the door.

Stainless Steel railing ( Glass railing, Baluster fitting)

As a guard railing on a covered patio, away from potential water exposure, alloy 304 would be a suitable fit here. This railing near the ocean would be regularly exposed to salty marine air, so corrosion resistant alloy 316 would be best here.

Frameless Glass Railing

Laminated glass is best prescribed if you prefer glass panels that are frameless. Generally, PVB is more suitable for the indoor glass stair railings because it has a chance of decaying quicker than EVA, which is more preferable for outdoor railings. Also, EVA gives a clearer lamination than PVB.

SLIDING WINDOW & DOORS - Under this category we successfully execute a wide range of designs-

A sliding window is a window that opens by sliding horizontally along a top and bottom track in the window frame. It is somewhat similar to a double-hung window, just turned on its side. Sliding windows are available in a few different configurations to choose from, based on what would be best for your home.
  1. Aluminium sliding window
  2. Aluminium Louvers
  3. Bathroom & Toilet doors
  4. Fixed window

Sliding Folding Glass Doors & Glass Partitions.

Each panel of the glass folding doors connects to the others and folds as they open—all within a single track. Folding glass walls are energy-efficient and offer wide, unobstructed openings that are not constrained by the fixed glass panels of a traditional slider.

Glass Canopy

A glass canopy provides an attractive and practical feature to a building. Usually placed outside entrance doors a canopy protects people entering the building, keeps the weather away from the doors and allows natural light through to the entrance area.
